I found that Runway lasted really well, at least 8 hours or so with eating and drinking before I felt the colour was slightly faded just towards the inside of my lips. I did of course worry that this wouldn’t be easy to reapply but alas it was fine and didn’t look any different afterwards, which I was very happy about. I’m lovin’ the Runway lipstick shade, and it’s a shame that it’s limited edition because I’d love to try it. Matte Me Up Lip Kit Bespoke is a must-have for anyone who loves playing with makeup and wants to achieve a beautiful and long-lasting result.

They are still marked as limited edition but I’m hoping that Barry M will make them a permanent line due to their popularity. It did however accentuate some chapping on my lips that I didn’t even know was there but all liquid lipsticks do that!This high-shine kit comes with two complementary lip shades in 24 Carat for a lasting metallic finish. Ich habe sehr lange nach einem matten Lippenstift gesucht, der nicht bereits nach zwei Stunden verflogen ist und bin hier endlich fündig geworden. The lip liner is lighter than the liquid lipstick however, that works so you don’t have an obvious outline. Worn on it’s own there’s minimal transfer and it feels comfortable for a few hours before the lips feel a little dry.

They have brought out new Matte Lip Paints without the lip pencil but I quite like having it as a kit. The lip paint is thin, dries quickly without sucking the moisture out of your lips and gives a smooth finish. Something I wish Barry M had of done is release lip liners for ALL the shades, as the Runway one is amazing and it is such a shame it’s only limited edition for 3 shades.With this product there’s neither, we have the full matte finish and you can still press your lips together, move them and not have to worry, it’s a comfortable matte which is exactly what I want.

If you’re a newbie to liquid lipsticks or don’t want to pay through the teeth for one, definitely give these a go ESPECIALLY whilst they have their limited edition lip kits out! There are three lip kits (which you can see my photos of here) which include matching pencils, and these shades are the stand alone colours, which you can probably mix and match with the pencils from the kits. These don’t have a thick consistency and are actually on the watery side, but that doesn’t stop their pigmentation from being perfect. Runway Rose is, as it sounds a rosy pink shade and very much a ‘your lips but better’ type of colour that looks pretty natural.
