About this deal

It has the making to be a really long game, especially if like us you aren’t very good at finding the hidden icons/treasure. Our verdict: The Disney Eye Found It Board Game is a firm family favourite, and brilliantly simple yet engaging for every member of the family – and as everyone can win, there’s less chance of meltdowns and fall outs!

There are little rings that you put over the image on the board, when the timer runs out you count up the rings used and all move forward that many spaces. Initially, I thought that because nothing changes about the board with each game, that it would be easy to find the little pictures and the game would become boring very fast – but there are over 1,000 of them to find and remembering where that many are is pretty hard, even for a super brain like Gav. Dear Mummy, we are a family that loves playing board games especially after school, it’s a way to wind down after a full day of learning. If you’d like to file an allegation of infringement, you’ll need to follow the process described in our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. To collect bonus CT Money you must present a Triangle Rewards card/key fob, or use any approved Cardless method, at time of purchase or pay with a Triangle credit card. We love that everyone can win – if all players arrive at the castle before the clock strikes midnight, it’s a draw. As an exhausted mom to 3 beautiful boys aged 5-11, Keep Up With the Jones Family began as a family blog and turned into my passion. We’re all in favour of board games and they are great for playing with family and distracting everyone from being glued to phones or the telly. I knew the gameboard was going to be long but you don’t really realize until you actually set it up.

The illustrations on the face of the board are amazing with intricate detail and I could spend ages looking at it. Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. You see, as an incurably hopeless, wish-upon-a-star daydreamer, when my first baby boy came into my life, I swiftly realised that being the parent you thought you would be, and creating family memories to treasure in the way you imagined before your baby was born [and keeping you awake all night] is a real challenge. With over 1,000 hidden treasures on the board, your little ones will stay engaged and have fun throughout all 12 Disney realms. The children loved that the board itself comes in three jigsaw pieces which they loved putting together. The game is a bit like ‘Where’s Wally’ and there are a 1,000 things to find, not in one go though much to my mummy’s relief.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and some large items are shipped directly from our suppliers who ship to the UK mainland only. The pictures are smaller, they have at least one non major Disney movie rather prominently featured on the board, and in spite of being a cooperative game, you have individual tokens you move along and when one player makes it to the top they just wait until the other players catch up to them. One of the things on the girls Christmas list this year was the Disney Eye Found It, a board game where you have to find hidden objects in a bid to get to the castle before midnight. solely focused on this mechanic, possibly adding some other mechanics to further support it, I think it could have been a pretty good game. For the most part it seems like the gameplay has stayed the same even though some of the later games seems to have ditched some of the spin and move mechanics. I think having all of the players work together actually makes it even more enjoyable as the players are racing against a clock to find as many matching objects as they can. Maybe it was just the fact that my group got really unlucky but we tried three times to win the game and we lost every single time. With the help of fellow players, race to Cinderella’s castle at the end of the giant 6-foot game board before the hands of the clock reach midnight. Once the object has been verified to be on the card, the player who played it will flip over the card and place it on the object pile.

I’m sharing not only every way I can think of to make your family life more fun with as little effort as possible, but how to capture those memories beautifully with your camera for when they’ve flown the nest and yet are still bringing their laundry home, and you need to remember that they were adorable and cute once upon a time. Quick Take: This game is fun, it's cooperative which is a big plus, but it is not as quick or as easy as Busytown Eye Found It! There are so many different items to find, over 1000, and using the red plastic rings you must find as many as possible before the hour glass runs out. This is somewhat dependent on what card you play as some are considerably easier to find items for than others. The board is six foot long, taking up a great deal of floor space but it was perfect for little hands as often smaller board games become too fiddly and the counters are knocked over every two minutes.Subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and limited regulation by the Prudential Regulation Authority. I think you must have gotten VERY unlucky as out of all the times we have played we've only lost 3 times and all those times felt unlucky.
